I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with children, adults, and families since 2008 throughout the Roanoke Valley. My goal is to work with individuals, couples, and families to help them live happier, healthier lives. I believe people are the experts on their lives and strive to understand what their needs are and then work together to find solutions to help them.
